Brendan is a Principal Recruitment consultant and founder of Elusav Recruitment. Brendan has over 5 year's experience in both agency and internal Talent acquisition capacities, with a proven track record in servicing and delivering on mandates at all levels (Grad - Exec) for both SME and large corporate clients. Brendan also holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree (2:1 Hons), with an MSC (1:1) in Energy Engineering from the University of Aberdeen.
He is passionate about recruitment and the impact it has on companies operations, and people lives. He takes a personal approach with his candidates and clients, and does his best to go above and beyond for every process. He is holistic in his approach, where he listens to what the candidate and clients want, to ensure alignment from the beginning, to inevitably guarantee a consistent and efficient process for both parties. He has a proven track record in recruiting across the Life Science, Engineering and Construction sectors, working on all stages of the ECPMV model.
Elison is the Marketing Manager of Elusav. He has been working in Marketing, Graphic Design and Web Development for over 3 years, and previously worked for over 10 years in Business and Engineering operations with a global engineering company - Schindler Brazil. He also holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a degree in Business Strategy.
With a passion for Illustration and creative marketing solutions, Elison is responsible for Brand Strategy, Web Development and Marketing projects.
Stephen is a Life Sciences Recruitment professional with 2 years’ experience hiring in this industry and a background in Psychology and Irish Law.
