The Role:
Elusav recruitment have a very exciting opportunity for a Accounts Payable Administrator to join one of Europe's leading Engineering contractors on a large construction project in Dublin, Ireland.
As the Accounts Payable Administrator you’ll handle high volumes of invoices, ensure accurate VAT treatment, resolve invoice discrepancies, and liaise with internal teams and vendors. It’s a dynamic position offering great exposure to a multi-currency, multinational environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Processing high volumes of Accounts Payable Invoices and Credit notes accurately in a multi-currency and multi-company environment.
- Ensuring the correct VAT treatment for invoices across multiple Countries.
- Liaising with all levels of the organization to follow up on queries.
- Handling supplier and employee queries to ensure all Zendesk tickets are responded to in a timely manner and with complete information.
- Independent bank check verification in adherence to company SOP.
- Resolving invoice discrepancies.
- Reconciliation of Vendor accounts.
- Meeting KPI’s set on different aspects of the role.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- SAP Experience preferred.
- 1-2 years accounts payable and/or general accounting experience.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
- Understanding of the importance of internal controls and segregation of duties.
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
