The Role:
Elusav Recruitment have an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Project Manager with one of the most reputable and largest Engineering contractors in Munich.
As the Electrical Project Manager you will be responsible for establishing performance and delivery criteria, ensuring that client requirements are being met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and administer quality control provisions; liaise on project cost estimating and value engineering, as appropriate.
- Track and report at weekly client update meetings.
- Liaise with the Commercial team to ensure contracts, purchase orders, payment certs and change orders are issued in accordance with company policies.
- Creation of installed drawings and O&M Manuals.
- Planning of all resources including labour, material and sub-contractors.
- Manager and drive a large team to meet with all project requirements and deadlines.
- Ensure processing of requisitions, generation of purchase orders and delivery to site is done in a timely manner.
- Develop a constructible and detailed schedule with the project planner.
Job Requirements:
- A trade and/or relevant third qualification.
- 5-7 years previous experience in Project Management.
- Proven record of co-ordinating and managing large installation projects.
- Must have a detailed knowledge of Electrical systems and equipment including UPS, STS, EPMS, BMS, Generators, Busbar systems and PDU’s.
- Experience dealing with IR issues.
- Experience in design and build.
- Good Technical Knowledge of Electrical systems.
- Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment.
- Ability to drive a large-scale project.
