The Role:
Elusav Recruitment have an excellent opportunity with a leading global biopharma company who is seeking a Process Engineer in Waterford.
Reporting to the Team Lead, you will play an integral role within the Product Supply Unit’s team, ensuring reliable supply of syringe and Vial products to our patients globally. The Product Supply APU consists of Device Inspection, assembly, label & pack and Vial inspection, label & pack.
Job Responsibilities:
- The main area of work is to provide process engineering assistance to operations of the Auto Injector Assembly and Packaging Areas.
- Additional scope of work will extend across Inspection and Packaging automated systems.
- The Engineer will aid the delivery of project works under the bracket of continuous improvement in the existing in the existing areas and assist NPI and capacity expansion including but not limited to component introduction and qualification.
- Execute Process Engineering activities (cycle development protocol/reports, project improvements, deviations, problem solving, change controls, etc) to schedule and to the appropriate compliance and safety standards.
- Delivery of key performance metrics (SQDCI) to optimise the commercial manufacturing.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in a highly regulated GMP environment.
- Degree in an Engineering discipline.
