The Role:
Elusav Recruitment have an excellent opportunity with a leading global Pharma and Biopharma company who is seeking a Process Technician in Wicklow, Ireland.
As a Process Technician you will be responsible for the front end sample preparation routine lysing and cleaning DNA, sample registering and scanning of samples and making buffers when required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Completion of daily sample registration and reconciliation of same with electronic data.
- Prepare buffers, materials as required for analytical procedures.
- General Housekeeping.
- Assisting routine processing of test samples and associated electronic information.
- Lysing and cleaning DNA samples.
- Scanning of sample.
- Sample quality checks.
Job Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Science Biology or Molecular Biology.
- Experience in using multi-channel pipettes.
- Previous experience in an ISO accredited laboratory.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Familiarity with a manufacturing or production line environment.
- Ability to work independently and to daily targets.
- Experience in DNA clean up and preparation preferred, not essential.
